This isn’t a shortened version, but rather the culmination of centuries of development, crystallised by my master (Shaolin Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit, Qi Gong Master of the Year at the Qi Gong World Congress). 

The compact 10-15 minute practice session is something you can easily fit into your daily life, and you’ll soon be pleased with the first step on your new path.
